We understand that everyone is different, and deserves custom, carefully-designed hypnosis programs tailored specifically to their needs. Custom 1:1 hypnosis packages are all about fostering an empowering concept of self and beliefs that can lead to positive, effective change. Each package is tailored to fit your unique individual needs. This package include 9 separate hypnotherapy sessions (InPerson or Online via Zoom) to facilitate necessary change. How this works is, after our 10-minute consultation before each session, we'll propose a structure for our next session based on your needs. Using this as a starting point, we'll work together to create a plan that can help you create positive change to produce a happier and more fulfilling life. Whether you have a specific goal in mind or not, we can work with you to conjure your ideal results in life from the inside, out. What we can help people with:  * Lifestyle overhaul * Change your limiting beliefs. * Manage negative emotions. * Remodel unwanted behaviors. * Create positive daily habits and routines.  * Improve physical and mental performance. Package includes:  * A free 10-minute consultation before sessions. The purpose of the consultation is for us to establish trust and rapport, and answer any questions you may have. In addition, we will discuss answers to the following questions: 1. What are your specific issues/problems? 2. What are yours goals and how do these issues/problems obstruct them? 3. What triggers your resistance to taking constructive action to resolve your issues? 4. Do you self-sabotage and if so, how? 5. What have you tried to resolve your issues? 6. How can hypnosis help you? 7. Is in-office or vitrual hypnosis right for you? * 9 separate 60 minute 1:1 hypnosis sessions (InPerson or Virtual via Zoom). * Me, in your corner, helping you ensure your success. I offer a sounding board, honesty, compassion, and my undivided attention for the duration of our time together.

Cancelation Policy

All scheduled appointments, programs, group sessions must be cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time or program START date. You are financially responsible if You do not cancel the appointment or program 48 hours before the start date via phone, voice mail message or email and You will be charged in full for the appointment or program. Your credit card information will be taken to secure the appointment or program and the full amount of the session/program will be billed to the credit card if You fail to attend the appointment or program without cancelation 48 hours prior to the appointment or start of program. You also agree to be on time for all sessions. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the session will be canceled and You will be billed for the session.
