Amy’s Story: From Survival to Alignment
My path into mindset coaching and hypnotherapy wasn’t a career pivot. It was a necessity.
After more than 30 years in corporate sales, I understood pressure. Performance. Expectations. I knew how to succeed on paper. But internally, I was exhausted. I struggled with imposter syndrome, questioned my worth, and quietly carried the weight of trying to hold everything together.
Stress became my baseline. Emotional eating became my coping mechanism. Self-doubt grew louder. Financial instability followed. I felt disconnected from myself... capable on the outside, but depleted within.
The shift began when I stopped trying to manage the symptoms and started addressing the root.
I immersed myself in hypnotherapy, Reiki, and coaching... not as a practitioner, but as a client. I was skeptical. But session by session, something recalibrated. I wasn’t just gaining insight. I was reorganizing my nervous system. I was dissolving old conditioning. I was remembering who I had been before stress and survival shaped my identity.
Through this work, I released 80 pounds of unhealthy weight. More importantly, I ended the cycle of emotional eating. I rebuilt my relationship with money. I learned to feel safe in my body. I redefined success in a way that felt steady, not forced.
With a background in psychology, decades of mentoring and leadership experience, certification as a consulting hypnotherapist, and training as a Reiki Master, stepping into this work felt less like a new direction and more like a return.

In our sessions, we don’t just talk about what’s happening in your life. We work directly with the subconscious patterns that shape how you think, feel, and respond.
Through hypnotherapy, we are able to gently access the deeper beliefs that were formed through stress, conditioning, or past experiences. From that place, we can reframe what your mind once interpreted as threat, failure, or inadequacy. We can rewrite the meaning attached to those experiences. We can rewire the emotional responses that have been running on autopilot.
This is not surface-level motivation. It is nervous system recalibration.
You begin to respond differently because you feel different. Decisions become clearer. Confidence feels earned instead of forced. Your body no longer reacts as if everything is a crisis.
